Research at Lund Institute of Technology (Lunds Tekniska Hogskola) has shown that sourdough bread induces a lower blood sugar level than standard bread. Another positive effect is that eating a small quantity of sourdough bread delays the emptying of the stomach, keeping you feeling full for longer and reducing the urge to snack between meals. The effect varies from person to person.

    There are no nuts in any of our crispbread products. None of our crispbread production involves nuts or traces of nuts.
