Low-fat small curd cottage cheese
Fresh pineapple chunks
Chopped whole cashew nuts

DIRECTIONS

Take one Wasa Crispbread and spread on low-fat small curd cottage cheese. Then, top with small chunks of fresh pineapple and chopped whole cashew nuts. A great quick energy snack that will take you through the whole afternoon!
