Wasa Turkey Sandwich

INGREDIENTS

Wasa Crispbread (any flavor)
Tomatoes
Sliced deli turkey breast
Red onion
Salt and pepper
Mayo (optional)
Mustard (optional)

DIRECTIONS

Roast fresh sliced tomatoes in a 300 degree oven for 60-90 minutes. On a Wasa, layer thinly sliced deli turkey breast, roasted tomatoes, thinly sliced red onion, salt and pepper. If desired, add mustard or mayo. Low in cals, high in fiber and protein. EXCELLENT!
