We collaborated with Bob Greene’s nutrition team to develop Wasa’s Best Life approved healthy diet recipes. In Phase II of the Best Life program, Bob encourages participants to increase their fiber intake as part of a healthy diet.
Bob suggests getting at least 25 grams of fiber per day if you are a woman and 38 grams for men as part of a healthy diet. One simple and easy way to do that is by including Wasa Crispbread in your healthy diet, which provides about 2 grams of fiber per slice.
