Wasa is the world's leading brand of crispbread. The company was founded in 1919 by Karl Edvard Lundström in Skellefteå, Sweden. Crispbread dates back hundreds of years. It is made from whole meal cereal, which makes the bread rich in fiber and wholesome. Wasa Crispbread is an excellent foundation for a healthy diet. It forms the basis for an excellent daily diet and general wellbeing.

Wasa aims to manufacture and sell innovative, wholesome crispbread products in selected markets.

Wasa sells its unique products in around 40 countries and has sales of EUR 160 million. As part of Barilla, Wasa is an international company with about 950 employees in 10 countries.
