Margherita Pizza on Wasa
INGREDIENTS
1 piece Wasa Sourdough Crispbread
2 slices fresh mozzarella
2 slices plum tomato
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
1 leaf basil
Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Slice the tomato and the mozzarella and place on Wasa Crispbread. Give 20 seconds in the microwave or a minute under the broiler. Drizzle with oil, salt and pepper, and garnish with basil.

TIPS
- Try part-skim mozzarella for a lower fat version. This will save you 2g of fat, but will still provide 7g of protein.
- If you don't have fresh tomato available, try making this by spreading with 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce, which will give you 20% of the daily value for vitamin C. Or use 1 to 2 tablespoons of chunky salsa for a Mexican-style pizza.
