Ingredients:

Wasa Multigrain
package mixed baby salad greens
toasted walnuts, chopped
fresh dates, chopped
oats
canola oil
red wine vinegar
salt and pepper

Directions:

COAT dates by rolling in oats to prevent sticking together. Set aside
PLACE mixed greens in a salad bowl. Add walnuts, dates, canola oil, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper.
TOSS greens and serve with WASA crispbread pieces over salad or spoon greens onto individual crispbread.

TIP: Add chicken breast strips or other meat strips if desired.
