Ingredients:
1 piece ½ pound 1 2 cups 1-15oz can 2 tablespoons 2 teaspoon ½ teaspoon 1 tablespoon 2 cups 1 tablespoon |
Wasa Sourdough ground beef onion, diced black beans tomato puree chili powder ground cumin black pepper sugar water chives, minced |
Directions:
SAUTE onion in olive oil for about 3 minutes, add meat and cook through about 5 minutes, then add beans and cook about 2 minutes to soften
SEASON with black pepper, cumin, and chili powder, cooking an additional 2 minutes
STIR in tomato puree and water
SIMMER for 25 minutes covered
ADD salt, sugar, and chives
TOP with crumbled Wasa crackers and serve
