1 teaspoon
1/4 package

Wasa Rosemary Thins
chicken thighs
onion, diced
carrot, diced
celery stalk, diced
bay leaf
black peppercorns
Barilla cut spaghetti


COMBINE chicken, onion, carrot, celery, bay leaf, and peppercorns
COVER with 1 quart water, bring to boil then reduce to simmer for approximately 40 minutes
REMOVE chicken and set aside
STRAIN the broth back into bowl and return to a simmer
SEASON with salt
ADD pasta and cook half the recommended time
SET ASIDE and rest soup for about 30 minutes
SERVE in soup bowls with Rosemary Thins on the side
