Cranberry-Orange Relish With Whipped Goat Cheese

Ingredients:

navel orange, with peel intact
fresh or thawed frozen cranberries (about 11⁄2 cups)
sugar
cream cheese, softened
fresh goat cheese (chèvre)
​Wasa​ Rosemary and Sea Salt Thins
Thin strips of orange zest Minced chives

Directions:

1. Cut orange into 4 pieces. In a food processor combine orange and cranberries. Pulse until the fruit is finely chopped and transfer to a medium bowl.
2. Stir sugar into cranberry mixture, cover, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to allow the flavors to meld, or up to 3 days.
3. Wash and dry food processor and add cream cheese and goat cheese. Pulse, scraping down sides with a spatula as needed, until smooth and combined.
4. Spread crispbreads with cream cheese mixture and top with cranberry relish. Garnish with orange zest and chives. Serve immediately.
