Wasa Light Rye
brie, softened or sliced
granny smith apple
ham
freshly-ground black pepper

Directions:

PLACE apple slices on Wasa cracker
SPREAD brie on apples
TOP with thinly-sliced ham of choice (prosciutto and Black Forest ham both work well)
GRIND black pepper over the ham

Tip: Use blue cheese for a more robust alternative to brie
