Ingredients:

Wasa Gluten Free Original
fresh basil pesto, divided
medium shrimp, peeled and cooked
olive oil
parmesan cheese, grated

Directions:

COOK shrimp in saute pan with olive oil until pink
SLICE cracker in half
SPREAD pesto on each piece
PLACE cooked shrimp on top of pesto
SPRINKLE with parmesan cheese
