Ingredients:
1 slice | Wasa Gluten Free Sesame & Sea Salt Crispbread |
2 Tablespoons | Avocado, smashed |
1/2 Teaspoon | Lemon Juice |
2 Each | Cherry Tomatoes (sliced into rounds) |
8 | Cilantro Leaves |
To Taste | Paprika |
To Taste | Salt |
To Taste | Pepper |
Directions:
CUT avocado in half and remove the seed.
SCOOP avocado into a small bowl, add lemon and smash with a fork until smooth.
SEASON avocado to taste with salt and pepper.
SPREAD smashed avocado onto Wasa Crispbread.
ADD tomatoes on top of avocado spread.
SPRINKLE cilantro leaves on top of tomatoes, finish with a sprinkle of paprika, salt, and pepper.
