Ingredients:

Wasa Gluten Free Original
cauliflower florets
turmeric
olive oil
pickled red onion
red onion, sliced
apple cider vinegar
honey
water

Directions:

COMBINE apple cider vinegar, honey, and water; then add red onion and let sit in brine for 10 minutes
MIX cauliflower, turmeric, and olive oil in bowl
ROAST cauliflower mix on baking sheet for 5 minutes at 350 degrees, or until golden brown
TOP cracker with cauliflower mix and red onion
