red peppers, cut into 1/2 inch long strips
yellow peppers, cut into 1/2 inch long strips
green peppers, cut into 1/2 inch long strips
egg, lightly beaten
olive oil
leek, thinly sliced

Directions:

HEAT olive oil in small skillet, add veggies and cook until tender
ADD egg and cook through, remove from heat
TOP Wasa with cooked egg mixture and serve
