havarti cheese
avocado, sliced
turkey breast
olive oil
tomatoes, minced
red onion, chopped
parsley, chopped

Directions:

COMBINE olive oil, tomatoes, red onion, parsley, salt and pepper in a small bowl, mix and set aside
ADD havarti cheese, turkey breast and avocado on each cracker
TOP with tomato and onion mixture
