Light Rye with Smoked Salmon & Goat Cheese

Ingredients:

to taste
Wasa Light Rye
goat cheese
capers
chives, chopped
smoked salmon
olive oil
lemon juice
mixed salad greens
salt and pepper

Directions:

SPREAD goat cheese on each cracker, add capers and chives, then slice of smoked salmon
MIX olive oil and lemon juice together, drizzle half the mixture over salmon slices, sprinkle with salt and pepper
TOP with salad greens
FINISH by sprinkling remaining lemon juice mixture over greens
