crumbled feta cheese
cherry tomatoes, quartered
red onion, chopped
spinach leaves
salt and pepper


WASH and dry produce
COMBINE the olive oil, feta, cherry tomatoes and red onion in a small bowl
SEASON with salt and pepper
PLACE spinach leaves on the cracker and layer the mixture on top.
