Wilted Spinach Salad with Wasa Fiber

Ingredients:

4 slices
2 tablespoons
11/2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons
1 clove
9 ounces
Wasa Fiber
raisins
olive oil
pine nuts
garlic
fresh baby spinach

Directions:

SOAK raisins in small bowl with hot water for 10 minutes, set aside
HEAT olive oil in 12-inch skillet; saute pine nuts and garlic until garlic softens
ADD spinach and cook 2-3 minutes until slightly wilted; add raisins and toss
SERVE on platter with Wasa on side
